Your whole school, one platform.
The register, Classroom, Meet, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups each cover one piece. On Aladia there is one school year: classes, timetable, lessons, attendance, exams and messages live in the same place and stay in sync.
- Classes, subjects and teachers in one school year
- Timetable with public holidays and school closures
- Attendance and exam grades in the register
- Roles for teachers, office staff and leadership
Every September headache, solved once
What you now stitch together by hand across five tools is a single model here: a class is a course, a week is a chapter, a lesson sits in both the calendar and the register.
The school year, class by class
Each class is a course with the dates of the year, split into weeks. Inside are the subjects with their teachers and levels, the textbooks and the lessons. Next September you republish and start again, without rebuilding anything.
A timetable that skips the holidays for you
Pick your country’s holiday calendar and add the school’s own closures: recurring lessons skip those days. Move a lesson and choose whether the change applies to today only or through June, in one class or in every class sharing that subject.
Live lessons that don’t disappear
Every subject has its own virtual classroom with a link that never changes. Recording starts on its own and lands in the course lesson with a transcript and notes: absent students catch up, the rest revise.

The register fills itself while you teach
Joins and leaves in the live classroom become present, late and absent marks according to your school’s rules. Teachers correct and excuse, the office exports a CSV, leadership sees who is below the threshold.
Tests that are marked and invigilated
A test attaches to a lesson or to the end of a chapter. Closed questions are marked automatically, open ones go to the teacher’s queue. For the tests that matter, proctoring adds camera checks and identity verification.

Identity photoMessages instead of WhatsApp groups
Every class gets its own channel, created with the course: announcements, questions in threads, attachments and quick video calls. When a lesson or test is published, notifications and emails go out on their own.

Teachers, office, leadership: the right access for each
Group your staff into teams, such as teachers or a class council, and the team decides what its members can see and change. The Latin teacher gets their classes, the office gets enrolments, you see everything.
