Design a course like a school year.
The builder is not a video playlist: it is a path with dates, chapters that are weeks, live lessons landing in the right chapter and a publish step that replicates everything on each new cycle.
- Week chapters generated from the course dates
- Live lessons planned from the calendar or the builder
- Versions, subjects, books, attendance and certificates in one place
- Publish once, later cycles are cloned
Dates, weeks, lessons, cycles
Four simple rules hold course and calendar together. Once you know them, planning a year is drawing a week.
- 1
The course has dates
A live course is born with a start and an end: that is the first cycle. Everything else lives inside that range.
Rule: nothing is planned outside the course dates.
- 2
Chapters are weeks
The first chapter, "Introduction", is on-demand and always available. The others have dates and cover the course one week at a time, generated in one click.
Rule: every day of the course belongs to a chapter.
- 3
Lessons land in the chapter
A live lesson has a time: it lands by itself in the chapter covering that day. A weekly recurrence creates one per chapter, skipping holidays and closures.
Rule: the date decides the chapter, not the other way round.
- 4
Publish and cycles are cloned
On publish every extra start date receives a copy of the content and the calendar, shifted accordingly. The first cycle remains the source you edit.
Rule: you edit the source cycle, the others follow.
Why this way
Because that is how a school works: one school calendar, a weekly timetable, subjects shared across classes, one edition per year. Builder and calendar are two views of the same model: what you plan in one you find in the other.
Thirteen sections, one place
Every aspect of the course has its section, in the same language: no plugins, no external tools glued on.
Title, description, format
Live or on-demand, language, level, start dates. The format decides the rest of the builder.
Cover and trailer
Upload the cover or generate it with AI; the trailer is transcoded for you and goes to the marketplace.
Live

Objectives and requirements
What learners will be able to do and what they need to start. The first publication checks.
Categories and subcategories
Up to three category › subcategory pairs: they decide where the course shows in the marketplace.

Price, installments, seats, coupons
One-off or installments, available seats, coupons. Sales go through your connected Stripe.

How many lessons per subject, which teachers, which levels. You see at once if a subject is uncovered.
Textbooks and pages
The course shelf from the library: for each lesson, the pages to read.

History and publishing
Every change is a version with what changed and by whom. Publish the one you want, roll back when needed.
AI, notifications, rules
Automatic lesson summaries, notifications to teachers and students, attendance rules per course.
ARIA builds with you
Ask in chat "create the weekly chapters and put Maths on Mondays": ARIA proposes the plan, you approve, it executes in the builder.

I created 40 chapters, one per week from 7 Sep to 5 Jun, and 37 Matematica lessons on Mondays at 8 with Davide Ricci. Shall I apply them to the builder?
You publish only what holds
Before going live the builder checks the course stands up. No surprises for students.
