The model is ClickUp SyncUp: a light call in the context of the conversation, but with recording, transcript and notes that stay.
Starts from the channel
SyncUp button in the channel or DM: whoever is in the channel sees the ongoing call and joins. No invites, no external links.
Records, transcribes, summarises
Recording starts with the first video, the file goes to transcription with speakers and timestamps, ARIA prepares the notes. All hands-free.
Notes as a document
"SyncUp Notes: date with people": two pages, notes and transcript, with the video embedded. Shared read-only with attendees, editable by whoever started.
ARIA replies in the thread
Under the end-of-call card ARIA writes overview, decisions and actions. Whoever missed it reads the thread and knows what to do.
The same lobby as lessons
Camera and mic preview, who is already in, ready to join. The room is the same as live lessons, above the chat without covering the app.
Clips when a video is enough
If a call is not needed, record your screen or camera from the composer: the clip lands in the channel as a video with preview.
