A changelog for the academy
The log is born from system events: nobody can forget to write it, nobody can erase it.
Coloured differences
Replaced or deleted in red strikethrough, new in green, changed in orange. The row verb follows the colour too.
Filters and context
By person, resource type, action, space, course, date range. The resource name is the one at the time of the event.
What was deleted
One row per created or deleted element with its title: you know which lessons vanished even if the course no longer has them.
Course versions
Every builder save is a version with a change list; the log points to the version and to restore.
Reading scope
My actions, the resources I manage, the whole organisation if I am admin. Everything you see is what you may see.
Meetings and notes
SyncUps with AI notes appear in the log with participants and a link to the document.

Person, action, resource, period; the row shows who, what, when.

Click the name: course, lesson, space or version to compare or restore.
